===== LUNCHBOX LOVE #18 ===== |
Welcome to our weekly Friday feature, Allergy Friendly Lunchbox Love! This link party is specifically for your dishes that will travel well in a lunchbox, and if they're free of some (or all) of the top eight food allergens, that's even better :) We all need some inspiration when it comes time to fill that lunchbox week after week!
Today's feature is from Sherimiya at Happy Little Bento. Her dragon lunchbox is absolutely adorable, and illustrates an important point about feeding your allergic child. So often our little ones want desperately to be like everyone else -- which at lunchtime tends to mean eating sandwiches filled with allergenic things and drinking chocolate milk from little cartons. Sometimes it's hard to be the guy who eats weird things in little containers. However, with a little extra effort, your child's allergy friendly lunch can be the envy of the classroom! What child wouldn't flip for a dragon in his lunchbox? Click on the title over the photo to jump to the Happy Little Bento site for all the details.
