I always struggle with the food for birthday parties for my son, so this past one (on Sunday), I just went easy and unhealthy: lunchmeat (although most of it was nitrate-nitrite-free), chips, chips & salsa, fresh fruits and veggies. I did make some great cake pops using a GF wacky cake, homemade frosting, and chocolate chips for dipping.
