Green Veg Salad with Sweet Mustard Dressing

Let's start thinking about Christmas!! (Get it? The food is red and green? :) ) You won't believe how easy this is.  The snap peas are sweet to begin with, but the addition of a little sugar in the dressing pushes them almost into the dessert realm.

Green Veg Salad with Sweet Mustard Dressing

3 cups trimmed green beans, sliced in half
3 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp + 1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup unrefined sugar
1 tsp dry mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste

Warm the veggies with salt and pepper in a little olive oil... about 2 minutes.  Transfer to dish, then add sugar, mustard, and more oil to the warm pan and melt down... about 1 minute.  Pour warm sauce over veggies and serve.  Very sweet ... the kids will love it!
