Ham & Cheese Crescent Rolls |
Ham & Cheese Crescent Rolls
2 cups GF flour mix (I used Arrowhead Mills)
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
1-2 slices leftover ham, diced
1 cup shredded Daiya "cheese"
mustard, dill or onions to taste
Mix flour, water and oil together into a dough. Roll into a 1/8" flat circle. Cut pizza-style into 8 triangles. Place a Tbsp of ham and a Tbsp of cheese on the large end of each triangle. Add mustard, dill or onions as desired for flavor. Roll carefully crescent-style (roll the long end toward the pointy end) and place on a baking sheet. Brush coconut oil on outside of each roll-up. Bake 14 minutes at 425 degrees. Enjoy warm!

ReplyDeleteLisa...this is fantastic!! How cleaver of you. We are huge fans of ham and cheese (my kiddos love grilled ham and "cheese" sandwiches on GF bread). I love the idea of a crescent roll - I've never made a GF version. I will be making this for sure!! :-) Perfect lunch.
