Allergy Free PB&J Milkshake (Dairy-free, Nut-free)

Fun PB&J Milkshake
You might think we allergic types must forgo the simple pleasures of the classic PB&J, but luckily, this is not the case!  With the simple substitution of SunButter (made with sunflower seeds) and rice milk, we made a hugely popular, fun "milkshake" that tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, if not better :)

Simple to whip up for a snack or even a breakfast, this drink is actually quite high in protein and vitamins.  You could actually make this without a recipe, but just for the sake of the proportions, here is how we made ours:

PB&J Milkshake (no dairy, no peanuts)

2 cups rice milk
1/2 cup SunButter
1/2 cup strawberry jelly

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.  Enjoy right away!
