What's For Dinner Tonight?

Notes:  Click the links above to access the recipes I used from other blogs.  I left out the bacon from the biscuits because we were already having ham, and substituted coconut oil for the bacon fat.  I also used half the amount of maple syrup in the custard to make the dish less like a dessert and more like a side dish.
