What's For Dinner Tonight?



I used a recipe from Against All Grain for the chicken fingers, that uses coconut flour for the breading.  The recipe for the stir-fry is from Stir it Up (see links above) and I used that as more of a guideline.

We left out the eggs (allergies) and bacon (didn't have any) and mushrooms (don't like them) and it still came out great!  This is one of my children's favorite meals.  I leave out the cilantro for them, but for me it makes this dish much more fun to eat.
