Summery Watermelon Juice |
This one is unbelievably simple. Just mix together three ingredients in your blender - watermelon, pomegranate juice, and lime juice. Pour over ice and serve! The pomegranate juice adds both color and sweetness, especially if your melon is a bit past ripe and isn't so sweet anymore. The lime juice adds some tang, which is important because too much plain watermelon can get bland and boring. Adjust the proportions as necessary, depending on the properties of your particular fruit.
Summery Watermelon Juice
1/4 of a large watermelon
1/2 to 1 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 to 1/2 of a fresh lime, squeezed
Blend all ingredients on low speed until smooth. Adjust proportions as necessary. Serve over ice.
