This is one of the boys' favorite meals. I browned some ground beef in a stock pot, then added chopped green peppers, a jar of Rao's tomato sauce, a teaspoon of dried oregano, a teaspoon of minced garlic, and a teaspoon of coconut sugar. I let the sauce cook on low for at least 30 minutes (but it can go for hours), then serve it over cooked spaghetti squash. Super easy, and always a hit!
